SDR classes used for gas distribution
Gas networks typically run SDR17.6 (PN8) and SDR11 (PN16); wall thickness follows the same OD ÷ SDR basis as water pipe.

Why yellow, and what it proves
Yellow compound is the international identification for gas service; the black stripes stay visible after burial marking wears off. Each coil label carries size, SDR, standard and production date so a utility can trace a section back to the lot.

Questions on this product
Is the pipe certified for gas?
Gas pipe is produced to ISO 4437 / EN 1555; the mill certificate for the lot travels with the shipment and third-party inspection can be arranged.
Can you supply electrofusion fittings with the pipe?
Yes — couplers, elbows, tees and saddles in matching SDR, usually consolidated in the same container.
Do you supply in coils?
Coils up to about DN180 for laterals; larger sizes ship as 6 m or 12 m straight lengths.
