Manual and hydraulic butt fusion machines for site jointing of PE pipe, 63–315 mm, with heating plate, planing tool, clamps and a parameter chart by wall thickness.

Dial in the pressure class first, then the diameter. If you are unsure, send the working pressure and we will recommend the SDR.
Buying one machine for the whole range usually means a heavy unit on small pipe. Two machines — or a machine plus a coupler set — is often cheaper on site.
Model list, motor rating and case dimensions are confirmed on the datasheet with the quotation — the capacities above are the configurations we quote most often.
A crew that has never welded PE will produce a joint that fails a pressure test, not a joint that looks wrong. Shipping the machine with a parameter chart matched to the pipe order removes the most common field failure.
Step-by-step fusion procedure, bead size photos and a checklist per joint are supplied as PDF; we can review your procedure against the machine you already own.
Say whether you need 220 V single phase or 380 V three phase, and how many crews will share the machine.
Size it on the largest diameter you weld regularly, not the largest you might weld once — a 315 machine on 63 mm pipe is slow and heavy.
Heating plates, thermometers, seals and fuses can be quoted with the machine or as a spares kit.
Written procedure and video are included; on-site training depends on the destination and is quoted separately.
