Terms of Quotation and Sale

Last updated: 28 October 2026

Quotations

A quotation is valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise, and is subject to mill availability at the time of order. Prices are quoted FOB or CIF as stated; destination charges, import duty and unloading are not included.

Technical data on this website — including wall thickness and weight per metre — is provided for selection. The datasheet issued with the quotation governs the order.

Orders and payment

Orders are confirmed by a signed proforma invoice. Standard terms are a deposit with the balance against the bill of lading copy; other terms are agreed in writing. Production starts after the deposit is received and the drawing or size list is confirmed.

Lead time and shipment

Lead times are given in working days from deposit and confirmation, and are indicative until the production slot is booked. Partial shipments and mixed loading are possible when stated in the proforma.

Inspection and acceptance

Goods are inspected before packing; a mill certificate and, where ordered, a third-party inspection report are issued with the shipping documents. Claims for quantity or visible damage must be raised within 15 days of arrival with photographs and the packing list reference.

Liability

Our liability is limited to replacement or credit for goods shown to be outside the agreed specification. We are not liable for site labour, installation cost or consequential loss. Installation and jointing must follow the parameter sheet supplied with the goods.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes are referred to the competent court at the seller's place of business unless otherwise agreed in the contract.
