PE100 transmission line with butt-fusion joints, fittings and valve tie-ins supplied in one shipment.
Heavy-wall PE100 with flanged transitions to pumps, plus spare couplers for field repair.
Flanged dredge pipe with bolt-on floaters and sinker sections for the bottom-laid run.
We do not own an extrusion line — and that is deliberate. Instead of pushing whatever one factory happens to run, we match each order to the mill whose certification, machine park and price fit your standard, then inspect it before it ships.
You send pressure, fluid, buried depth and destination. We return SDR/PN, wall thickness and the standard clause your market requires.
Order placed with a mill whose certification covers the product — ISO 4427 for PE water, ISO 4437 for gas, ISO 21138 for corrugated.
Lot-level wall thickness and weight check, hydrostatic report where specified, third-party inspection (SGS / BV) on request.
Pipe, fittings and machines loaded together with a per-item packing list, mill certificate and batch numbers for traceability.
No. We are an independent export supplier working with audited PE, PVC and PPR mills. That lets us match the order to the mill whose certification and machine range fit your specification, instead of selling whatever a single line produces. Mill name and certificate are disclosed with the quotation on request.
Every family lists the standard clause it is tested against (ISO 4427-2, ISO 4437, ISO 21138, EN 12201 and so on). The mill certificate, lot numbers and — where you require it — a third-party report from SGS or BV travel with the shipment.
Yes. Mixed loading in one 40HQ with a packing list per item is our normal mode for project orders, so you are not forced into a full container per size.
[To confirm — state the real figure here. A 500 m coil order and a 20 t project order have different lead times.]
Africa, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Latin America, with documents prepared for FOB and CIF terms. Tell us the destination port and we quote the freight line as well.
Fill the technical fields you know — if you are unsure about SDR, tell us the working pressure and we will recommend one.
