Green PPR fittings matched to the pipe class, including brass-reinforced threaded adaptors for transitions to pumps, tanks and metal pipework.

Dial in the pressure class first, then the diameter. If you are unsure, send the working pressure and we will recommend the SDR.
A threaded PPR adaptor carries a brass insert moulded into the plastic. Cheap inserts crack at the thread; the joint then leaks behind a wall. We quote the insert grade with the fitting.
| Family | Sizes | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Elbow 90° / 45° | DN20–DN160 | Equal and reducing |
| Tee | DN20–DN160 | Equal and reducing |
| Coupling / reducer | DN20–DN160 | Fusion both ends |
| Threaded adaptor | DN20–DN63 | Brass insert, male or female |
| Ball valve | DN20–DN63 | PPR body, brass ball |
Fitting counts follow the drawing: one elbow per direction change, one tee per branch. Send the riser diagram and we return counts plus a carton plan.
We return fitting counts and a carton plan instead of a price list.
Both, stated at order. The brass insert grade is quoted with the fitting.
Ball valves and stop valves with PPR bodies are available in DN20–DN63.
Yes, but the fusion time changes with wall thickness — the chart is supplied.
Confirmed on quotation.]
